I love Photography. The author follows the process in the same order as a photographer using the software would from taking the image files into the program to outputting them to a variety of media. The author provides several pages for each function, and provides step-by-step instructions on how to use the function with commentary on the outside of the page and screen captures closer to the gutter. His instructions are easy to follow and not convoluted like the other books. The other books seem to drown you in complicated instructions with very dry mannerisms; no personality at all. I came across this book because I wanted to give my niece a gift and I find this book more complete than others. This book is very organized and very informative and good book.Product details

I love photography, but my photography will be better if I have this book because I know this is a big help for me. If you are interested in photography or a beginners in photography well this book is perfect for you to read, this book has been extremely helpful and easy to understand. I really enjoyed reading this book and I’ve learned now some basic photography.
Indeed this is a professionally written book excellent for beginners. It gives a good guidance on photographing and also good tips on the same.The book contains simple and well explained steps on photographing.Also it gives on the best camera to get and on the best time to take photos. Furthermore,it enlightens on what to avoid when taking a photo.Good work by the author.!!!

This is a super great book for my Photography Library.
I am a big Photoshop user and I edit images everyday. I take lots of digital images everyday also. There are certain terms and concept that I have been struggling with for years. Terms like light and exposure, the lens, ways to enhance effects, shutter speed, iso, aperture and stuff like that I learned the wrong way, so this cleaned me up and saved me some time and money.

This book contains massive information that's perfect for those who want to have a complete background on professional photography. This book outlines everything from shooting with the right angles to editing your pictures and adding certain effects. Here you will learn how to adjust your pictures, edit them, and improve photo quality. Anyone who would read this, would end up becoming a master in photography. Apply the lessons right, and readers won't be so far away from becoming professional photographers.
I have read a lot of basic photography books and articles, but I think this one is the best! It put all the puzzle pieces together for me. I had a lot of photography information stored and compartmentalized somewhere in my brain. When I read this book, it just all came together and made sense. Picked up the book because I liked that the author included some interesting photographs, but after finishing the books I felt it was so much more. The photographs were stories he told and it showed his utmost creative work as a photographer as well as an author.
I strongly recommend this book, it became one of those books that I go back and read it again, a great source of inspiration to create and imagine, to build to persue creativity regardless what you do.
Photography is one thing that I like to explore soon. Purchasing this book is indeed a great help as I start exploring and learning the world of photography.
